I DON'T SEE THE KIT I WANT TO BUY ON YOUR UK SITE. WHY? 
We are offering a limited selection of women's, men's, and wedding kits at this time. We plan to introduce more products in the near future. As of December 2015, we do not have any further information to announce at this time. If you would like to receive updates, please sign up for our newsletter here.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO?

Products can only be delivered to addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales.  Unfortunately, due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to Ireland or mainland Europe at this time.  Please contact us at info@pinchprovisions.com if you are located in Ireland or mainland Europe and would like to order products; we may be able to direct you to local retail partners, but we cannot guarantee availability.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE? 
All international sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at orders@pinchprovisions.com, and we will be happy to help.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND/OR TAXES WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?
VAT (20%) is included in the price of the products. You will not incur any additional cost for duty and customs.

CAN I SHIP TO A POST OFFICE BOX IN ENGLAND, SCOTLAND, OR WALES?
We deliver to all physical residential or business addresses in England, Scotland, or Wales; however, we cannot ship to any UK Post Office boxes at this time. 

WHERE WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER FROM?
All orders shipped to an address in England, Scotland, or Wales are sent from our fulfillment center in the London area.

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
Packages will be sent via Royal Mail to all physical addresses located in England, Scotland, and Wales.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Unless an item is on backorder, all orders are processed within 2-4 business days. We will notify you by email if one or more of your items are temporarily unavailable.

CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
We are only able to offer ground shipping at this time. Depending on the destination, packages can take up to 7 days for delivery after order processing. When placing your order, please allow enough time for your package to arrive. We regret that our fulfillment center is unable to offer express shipping methods.

WHICH STORES IN THE UK CARRY PINCH PROVISIONS?
Pinch Provisions is available in a limited number of retail locations in the UK. If you would like to know where you can purchase our products locally, please email us at info@pinchprovisions.com, and we will provide you with a list of retail stores near you.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER OUTSIDE OF ENGLAND, SCOTLAND, OR WALES?
Our UK online store only ships to addresses in England, Scotland, or Wales. If you would like to ship within the United States, please visit our U.S. online store. If you would like to ship within Canada, please visit our Canadian online store. HOW CAN I ORDER MORE THAN 24 UNITS OF ONE STYLE?
Please note that since orders of 25 or more are shipping from our US warehouse, your order will be charged in US dollars. You will be responsible for payment of duty and VAT upon delivery.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
If there is a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at orders@pinchprovisions.com. We cannot guarantee changes or additions to international orders after you complete your purchase.

WHY DOESN'T MY KIT CONTAIN PAIN RELIEVER? 
The kits we sell outside of the United States do not contain medicine. In the Minimergency Kit for Her, we have replaced the pain reliever with bobby pins to keep your hair in place and fix flyaways on the go!

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE IN MY ORDER?
We do not have the capability to include gift messages at this time.

DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.
